Proving You Can’t Do a Sedentary Job

Disability claimants must all prove that they are unable to perform a wide variety of jobs, but claimants who are under 50 have an especially stringent test to meet: they must be unable to perform even sedentary work that does not require a lot of physical ability. This does not, however, mean that you must be bed-ridden to qualify.
