Documenting Your Pain and Symptoms in a Journal

Posted on :September 15, 2015ByLowenstein Disability Lawyers

When testifying to the judge at your disability hearing, you will be required to give a description of the pain you experience along with all your other symptoms. Because most people have difficulty remembering details, keeping a written journal of each of your symptoms can prove useful, as your Antelope Valley disability lawyer may advise. This is particularly true when many months elapse before the hearing occurs.
