Posted on :April 8, 2016ByLowenstein Disability Lawyers

Disability claimants must all prove that they are unable to perform a wide variety of jobs, but claimants who are under 50 have an especially stringent test to meet: they must be unable to perform even sedentary work that does not require a lot of physical ability.
